Well hello beautiful September 🍃we got a couple of shop updates for ya! You can find more details on our website if you follow the link in our bio! But here is the short of it: ⚡️our fit studio updates are mostly complete and we are ready for you to check out the space! Scheduling is still a little inconsistent, so we appreciate your flexibility as we live this human life of decent successes and errors. 🧡 ⚡️we are having a bicycle sale the first weekend of October so come and check things out the 7th and 8th! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ We really enjoy being one of the several delightful hubs in town where folks can feel supported through their cycling journey. Whether that be for transportation, curiosity, tinkering, touring, or racing, we are happy to be here!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Does anybody else feel like this coming weekend is jam packed with amazing events brought to you by lovely and passionate folks? Here are a couple of events that we are excited about and why we will be closed this coming weekend from August 25 - 28th. 🗓 ⚡️we have the @swiftsummitnw in central oregon ⚡️and the @made.bike bike show which will be sure to leave you inspired. Folks! We are staying hydrated over here and we are finally caught up on most builds and services **only a cool 1.5 weeks booked out** so juicy!! 🧃🧃 This is also just a shameless post of Miranda because she is always looking so fly! Beautiful people and weather in our near future! ☀️

What a summer so far!! ☀️Here at Gladys we are doing all the bike shop things and we are also excited to be supporting @bradleyanglepdx during their first ever virtual 5k! 🚲 Bradley Angle is an incredible and necessary resource for survivors of domestic violence. They truly support folks in so so many ways. ⚡️The 5k is live NOW and will go through the end of August. Registration is $40 and that money goes directly to Bradley Angle so they can continue to support our community through their many services. 🌈The link is in our bio! 🌈 ⚡️One extra-rad part is that you get to log your ride, walk, skate, or roll anytime you’d like and via any route! Going on a Pedalpalooza ride that’s 3.1 miles, PERFECT! ⚡️Every person that registers gets put into a drawing to win this delightful Momentum Transend E-Bike, size medium, thanks to our buddies at @giantbicyclesusa ! These grease babes are coming to you live from our second week of being open 5 days to walk-ins rather than 6 to tell you that we are working our booties off getting bikes serviced and back to the lovely humans they belong to. We are still doing Saddle Library goodness Tuesdays and Thursday through Sunday so there is still plenty of booty comfort time!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ We appreciate all of you for accommodating our change up. I know it’s hard with so many shops in Portland mixing things up too. We live in a magical region and a lovely city that we all should get the chance to enjoy (including us bike shop babies). 🚲Hello the sweetest of people riding bikes in Portland, we got a couple spicy updates & reminders: ⚡️we are closing tomorrow, Sunday the 18th, for some fun not at the shop ⚡️and we will be closed to walk-ins for the next 3-4 Wednesdays so we can get caught up on all this good service and repairs we have already scheduled out. Summers are so beautiful in the Pacific Northwest and we are going to do our best to help y’all enjoy it on spruced up, comfy, and efficient bikes as well as enjoy it ourselves with some days off here and there. We appreciate you folks in all the ways. 💓

Love seeing The Saddle Library so well utilized by new members! There are about 40 people in the program currently putting in that weekly work to ride their bikes in the way that they wish too. Whether that be a cool 100 mile ride or a trip to the market! —LOVE TO SEE IT—
